1. What services does SRE Counseling offer?
SRE Counseling provides individual therapy for youth and teens (ages 13+), additionally I provide services for adults. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, life transitions, and more.
2. Do you offer therapy for teens?
Yes. I provide age-appropriate, supportive counseling for teens navigating stress, school pressures, identity issues, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics.
3. How do I get started?
You can start by requesting a consultation through my contact page or calling me directly. I’ll guide you through the intake process and match you with a therapist that fits your needs.
4. Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. I offer HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions via secure video, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your home or private space.
5. What can I expect in the first session?
Your first session will focus on getting to know you, discussing your concerns, and beginning to identify your goals. It’s a space to feel heard and supported without judgment.
6. How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) will be discussed based on your needs and preferences.
7. Do you accept insurance?
Yes. SRE Counseling is in-network with select insurance providers. Please contact us to verify your coverage. We also offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
8. Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with a few exceptions required by law—such as threats of harm to self or others or reports of abuse. These limits will be reviewed before therapy begins.
9. How long will I be in therapy?
The length of therapy varies by individual. Some clients attend short-term to focus on specific goals, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll work together to determine what’s best for you.
10. What if I’m nervous or unsure about therapy?
That’s completely normal. Starting therapy is a courageous first step. We provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore whatever you’re ready to share—at your pace.
